		<title>MS Access Programer</title>
		<description>I have a MS Access DB for real estate foreclosures that I'd like to change the look of (I do have a website that we can use as a template). <br />
<br />
My main concern is the ability to gather certain information from another website and place it into the DB.<br />
<br />
I've got some snapshots of what I'd like it to looks like to get an idea of the costs.<br />
<br />
I'd really like to use a US based programed if the hourly rate is reasonable.<br />
<br />
Note: I recently hired a FileMaker programmer but the new DB didn't come out the way I wanted.<br />
